Neolyth works with founders and executives who want language models to take work off their teams without handing them all decisions. The question is rarely which model. It is which work is worth taking off people, which systems the agent is allowed to reach, what it may do on its own, and what a person still has to check before anything leaves the building.

The work is engineering first, and most of it is not the model. An engagement starts with one process, usually the one everyone complains about, and with the systems it already runs on. The agent is connected to those systems rather than left to guess at them: the mailbox, the planning, the files, whatever the work is actually recorded in. Its boundaries are written down before it is switched on, what it may read, what it may write, and what it may never do without a person. It is given the capabilities that one task needs and nothing beyond them, and the failure modes are tested before anyone depends on the result. The same rule that governs where VocaDoc's audio and notes may go applies here: nothing goes to a service that has not been named and approved.
