Your office is burning hours on work an agent should be doing.

Every office loses time to work nobody enjoys and nobody has ever timed. A chat assistant will not take that work off you. An agent built for the systems you already run will. Neolyth builds them, runs them, and has run VocaDoc in Dutch mental health care since March 2025.

Where the hours go, and which ones you get back.

Every office has two or three processes nobody enjoys and nobody has ever timed. Neolyth works with founders and executives who want agents doing that work, built for the systems they already run, without handing them all decisions. It starts with one process, usually the one everyone complains about: what it actually costs you, whether it can be handed over safely, and then the first working version, connected and bounded. The repetitive part goes to the machine. Anything that needs a decision stays with a person.

The same idea, in mental health care.

Clinicians in Dutch mental health care were losing evenings to case notes. VocaDoc turns a consult into a finished note: the professional speaks, the note is drafted, and it is read and signed before it is filed. The typing goes. The judgement stays where it was. In production since March 2025.

Audio and notes are held on infrastructure Neolyth runs itself, on its own hardware in Nijmegen and on a rented server in Germany. Storage is encrypted and transcription runs on Neolyth's own GPU machines.
